Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Spanstead Works account and the personal data attached to it. Here is exactly what happens.
Start here
Sign in, then open Settings → Account, or Profile → My account in the Crew app. The same page is available in the desktop and mobile apps.

What gets deleted
This depends on whether you are the only owner of a workspace.

| The only owner of a workspace | The entire workspace and everything in it — customers, jobs, invoices, files, employment records — plus your own account as above. Everyone else with access is notified when you confirm. | 14 days |
What is kept, and why
- Agreement acceptances — The record of what was agreed, and when. Deleting it would remove the evidence on both sides.
- Billing and tax records — For the period tax law requires, typically seven years.
- Anything under a legal hold — Deleting evidence on schedule during a dispute is spoliation. Deletion resumes when the hold is released.
If you are an employee or a customer
If a business you work for or buy from put your records in Spanstead Works, that business controls them. We cannot delete its records at your request. Ask the business directly, and we will help it act on your request. This is explained in the privacy notice.
